This incident caused the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people have been arrested related to a theft at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, two women had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault close to the location. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several people injured by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
